ezs note:  It's about halfway down, so you might miss it.  One study showed 1 to 1.6 percent of middle to high schoolers were either gender variant or transgender - a sharp increase from the average of the paleolithic times where 1 in 10,000 was considered "normal".

So much for principals calling us "freaks".
