ezs note: Even here in Connecticut, there are pockets where library directors who "shelter" folks. Now imagine what it's like in Texas. No matter where you live, there are two things you can do make a difference:
1) Go to school board meetings regularly and, if possible, speak out.
2) Go to library meetings and insist that the books are as wide as possible.
