Do Christian Nationalists Believe In The Power Of The Gospel? (video)

ezs note:  I ran across Rev. Ed Trevors, who gave me a breath of fresh air.  Unfortunately, most of what passes off as 'Christianity' is pure BS. Fortunately, though, Ed saves the day. I may not see every line from side to side (he is a [real] Christian, I am a Baha'i), but, geez, this guy is good. I'll do my bit to promote him. To learn more about him, go to Bing AI and type 'Who is Reverend Ed Trevors?'

By the way, if you're free, Ed broadcasts live on 1) most Saturday nights at 7:30 pm and 2) most Wednesday afternoons at 2:00 pm (Eastern time). (other time zones will vary)  Look for :

Murphy/Warnock 2024 - is it a possibility?

Chris Murphy (D-CT)

Raphael Warnock (D-GA)

Uhhh... let's face it.  Joe Biden and Kamala Harris really have tried to put a brave face on it, but this ain't helping.   Biden put in a really subpar performance in the debate last week.  Biden lovers might say I'm being mean, but, hell, it was really hard for me to admit that.

Now, if Republicans were fielding a sane candidate (Romney, McCain, George Dubya, Dole) that would be one thing.  I wouldn't have voted for them, but I wouldn't have this terrible sense of foreboding had they won.  But, hell, they're offering us f***ing Trump.  And he flat-out lies really, really well.

This cretin is the reason that Biden must bow out.  But who do we pick otherwise?  There is one ticket that could beat the daylights out of Trump, that being the ticket of Chris Murphy and Raphael Warnock.  First let's consider Murphy.  He first entered the national stage when he defeated longtime incumbent Nancy Johnson.  When Joe Lieberman retired, he ran and won against Linda McMahon.  From the start, with the Sandy Hook shootings having taken place, he quickly  became a fierce advocate of gun control, which he remains to the present day.  Less noticed, but certainly no less important, is his knowledge of world affairs, particularly of the Middle East.

Next let's consider Warnock.  He graduated first from Morehouse College, then from Union Theological Seminary.  He first pastored in Baltimore, then in Atlanta at the famed Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta.  He ran and won against Kelly Loeffler, the incumbent.  In addition to his pastoral studies,  he attained a cum laude degree in psychology.

Murphy and Warnock make a fascinating combination.  Murphy's one 'flaw' - he does not attend church services regularly - is easily overcome by Warnock's presence in the pulpit.  Even after Warnock's selection to be Senator, he still preaches on Sunday in Atlanta.

Murphy and Warnock is a combination that could trounce Trump.  Delegates, please consider them when you decide.
