ezs note:  My God - this is a video so repellant, so utterly disgusting it absolutely beggars description.  I just sat here for 20 minutes, wondering what I should do.  Fortunately, there is a Brazilian consulate very near me in Hartford, so I decided to start a petition drive.  I will hand-deliver it when it is completed.  Please do likewise if you are near Boston, New York City, Washington DC, Atlanta, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, or San Francisco.
